Coat Check

All coats will be stored in our storage area, and inaccessible from patrons. Only authorized volunteers will check and retrieve coats. Each patron will be provided with a coat check ID when checking in their coat. We are not responsible for lost or stolen IDs. The ID is required to retrieve coats. Please do not check in any valuable items with your coat. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Coat check is free of charge, however, authorized volunteers will accept small change as a tip for the service of checking in, and retrieving, your coat.


Draws & Giveaways

1 Receive one (1) entry ballot for every $20 purchase at one of the local 16 vendors throughout the three (3) days of the event. Each entry gives you a chance to win back up to $100 of your total purchases. Purchase total is based on purchases at the event only. We are not responsible for lost ballots or entries. All ballots must be properly and clearly filled out, with name and email address. The purchase total for each individual purchase must be entered by a vendor to be valid. Any invalid entries will be disqualified. The draw will take place on Monday Dec 19th, 10am, and winner will be announced that same day on the website, as well as by email. Winner has 7 days to respond to claim their prize, otherwise a new winner will be selected. A cheque in the value of the winner's purchases, up to $100, will be available for the winner to pick up.

2 Receive one (1) entry ballot just for attending the event on Friday Dec 16, 2016 or Saturday Dec 17, 2016! Each person attending the show is entitled to one (1) entry per per day for attending the show, as well as one (1) entry per day for using our coat check services. Receive one (1) additional entry for sharing and liking our event on Facebook before Dec 16, 2016, as well as for your "going" RSVP! Up to a maximum of two (2) entries per day at the event, and two (2) entries from Facebook, for a total of up to six (6) entries over the duration of the contest. We are not responsible for lost ballots or entries. All ballots must be properly and clearly filled out, with name and email address. Any person with invalid entries will be disqualified from the draw. The draw will take place Sunday Dec 18, 2016, 10am, and the winner's name will be posted at the event, as well as on our website. The $100 in gift certificates must be redeemed, and used no later than 6pm, Sunday December 18, 2016. Gift certificates not redeemed on Sunday Dec 18, 2016 can still be redeemed at a future 2017 event. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Only the original validated gift certificate will be accepted.

3 Artists, artisans, hobbyists and crafters are welcome to drop off a business card during the event for a chance at our 2017 event free booth giveaway. The selection will take place Monday January 16, 2017, 10am. The winner will be notified via email, and the winner's name will be posted on our website. We are not responsible for lost or stolen business cards or entries. All business cards, or entries, must include an email address, website address, and vendor name. The winner must respond within 7 days, or another entry will be selected. Acceptance of the free booth will constitute a contract to attend our next event. If the winner cannot participate in our next event he/she will forfeit their prize.
